The task we got: send a newsletter
to Plus and Cyfrowy Polsat
customers. Easy-peasy? Only at
the first glance, since the number
of clients was over 120,000, and
each of them was supposed to
receive a personalized message
with a link to the video prepared
especially for them...

The e-mail and video content depended on several factors, including:
- "experience" of the e-mail recipient with Plus and Cyfrowy Polsat,
- services used by a given person,
- gender and even... the recipient’s name.

To make the implementation run smoothly and make sure that every John, Mary or Albert would receive a message prepared just for him or her, we used a consumer database including all the necessary variables and, based on that, developed a mechanism that allowed to send the mailing automatically. We also created a landing page, video and newsletter graphics. All that was left to do was to click "SEND."

In order to enable Plus customers
to learn about the topic of the first commercial 5G network in Poland, the fastest wireless internet, we have created a transparent landing page informing about the greatest advantages and possibilities of this network.

Designing the website layout, we made sure it would be in line with all of the other graphic materials and executions used in the Plus nationwide campaign in various communication channels, creating a consistent component to it.
