Goal

2018 we were engaged in 12 months’ project for a major global client. Our task was to produce over 500 assets weekly (static & video) for 24 countries.

Effect

In result we were able to achieve overall 70-80% automation level on both static images and video assets. Basically, we needed humans only to contact with other humans and an art direction during QA testing. The whole team to deliver that work consisted of just two members. On the other hand, maybe it’s good that we cannot automate everything, though...

Solution

We set up custom made AI scripts for content implementation, transcreation and QA testing. This was combined with Adobe Creative Cloud built-in scripting for minimal „human” engagement.
